This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located on the eighth floor and in front of the pine forest of Guardamar del Segura. The apartment has magnificent views of the sea, the port and the pine forest. The apartment has private parking for one car and a large communal pool.

There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen with all its amenities including a fridge, washing machine and microwave. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes with a double bed and a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has two singles with fitted wardrobes and the third bedroom only has a single bed.  

There is a balcony with table and 4 chairs, where you can relax with the wonderful views of the sea and the pine forest.

The international airport of Alicante-Elche is easily accessible in 25 minutes by car.

For golfers there are several courses within an area of ”‹”‹30 minutes from the urbanization, including La Marquesa Golf - Quesada, La Finca Golf - Algorfa and Las Colinas Golf - San Miguel.
